Also this year we are inviting you to an open PhD seminar at DTU on Monday 10 March from 9 to 16. All PhD students assigned or close to the PhD school in Design and Innovation are invited and the school will cover low fare travel costs to Copenhagen.
The program is featuring that Elizabeth Shove is visiting our department at DTU these weeks, and that we, on top of that, will have Mika Pantzar as a guest around this Monday. They have both aggreed to set aside the Monday to support your PhD projects and interests. The two will give short presentations of their work in the field of practice theory and will be available for discussions and eventual consultations including comments on papers and presentations made by you PhD students.
Basically the PhD seminar is a self organised event where you can suggest ideas for the program, organise sub session meetings in special interest groups etc.
Please communicate with each other on the requests for time and organisation of the program, and let me know if I can be of some help in putting together a program. It would, though, be fine, if you PhD students could organise a small planning group taking care of the program.
